Elder-Beerman

This project is a 149,274 sq. ft. flagship department store for the Elder-Beerman Stores Corporation which is one of the anchor stores at the Fairfield Commons Mall in Beavercreek, Ohio.

The store is a steel framed two-story structure with masonry walls (block and brick) and a stucco-like accent.

The entrances are a monumental design of arched aluminum and glass. Marble, brass and wood were used in the interior, providing a very classy appearance.
