Thurgood Marshall High School

Thurgood Marshall Academic Magnet Academy was built for Dayton Public Schools to prepare students to become active, functioning citizens by providing them with knowledge and skills in academics and humanities.
Thurgood Marshall is part of the Dayton Public School System and serves approximately 1000 students. The new high school is 129,517 square feet and is 2 stories. Features include: a track, football field, soccer field, 2 baseball fields and 5 tennis courts. The gymnasium includes 2 story seating and a gym mezzanine. Other unique elements include student lounge areas, elevators, student dining area, reading room, and a circulation room.
