Ferguson built the original building in 1988 and has participated in a number of the company's fourteen building expansions over the years. However, this most recent expansion and renovation largely focused on the company's office and public spaces.

"I was looking for the WOW factor," commented Jefferson's Vice President of Operations, who took an active role in the project. Jefferson Industries selected Ferguson Construction to design and build the project. "We wanted to bring warmth to the company with our new addition and exterior. We want our visitors to be impressed with our operation and our associates to be proud of where they work. We think we achieved our objectives and are pleased with the final results."
