Ferguson Construction renovated this old warehouse built in 1938 and originally used to manufacture shingles. After sitting vacant for 5 years, it was purchased by R. Good Enterprises in 2009.

R. Good Enterprises purchased the building to renovate and then reuse for chemical storage.

Ferguson Construction made many improvements to the 65,000 sq. ft. building to make it ready for its new owners.

Improvements included:

  • Added new wet sprinkler system
  • New heating and ventilation
  • New lighting
  • New dock enclosure
  • Painted both interior and exterior
  • Restored fire alarm
  • Replaced doors to make them functional
  • New ceiling was installed
