This single story medical office building is a 5400 sq. ft. building located in Huber Heights, Ohio. The building is a wood-framed and concrete block structure with a brick wainscot and EIFS exterior. The striking lines of the multi-surface standing seam roof give the building a distinctive identity and recognition when accessing from either direction on the street.

The compact floor plan accomodates a natural flow for patients and staff. The large waiting area is bright and cheerful and features a radiused reception counter and and a recessed display case for foot care products.

Other special features include hospital grade electricals, fire-rated walls and doors with sensors for closing in high heat situations, handicap accessability in all halls and rooms, and several patient rooms have recessed flooring to accomodate foot whirlpool treatments.
