WCH Fire Station

Architect: WDC Group
Owner: City of Washington Court House

Washington Court House's new fire station has a 10,067 vehicle bay with a mezzanine, hose storage area and hose drawing area.

The station itself is approximately 18,000 sq. ft. and consists of 3 floors: a basement with meeting rooms and an exercise area, the first floor has offices and a kitchen/family room area, and the top floor consists of bunkrooms and laundry facilities.

Built with block walls and brick veneer, it is connected to the new police station next door. The building occupies the corner of E. Market and N. Fayette streets, next to the old facility. The old building is scheduled for demolition and will be turned into a parking area and landscaped.

Ferguson Construction Company, a general contractor serving both Ohio and Indiana, built this fire station for the city of Washington Court House.
