This project for the City of Sidney consists of a steel frame, with a brick and cast stone facade. It features an Art Deco design to coordinate with adjacent municipal office buildings.
The completion of the city's new Police Department facility was the culmination of a six year planning and execution process. The 42,000 square foot facility has provided the police department space for their immediate needs, plus room for expansion in all phases of future police work. "We had time to plan it well, and we see it meeting the needs of the department for at least the next 30 years," noted Police Chief Steve Wearly.
