Located in Englewood, Ohio, Grace Brethren Village is a retirement community providing retirement accommodations including independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing care. Grace Brethren Village has been serving area seniors with housing and services since 1971.  

Grace Brethren needed to expand their office space as well as several support areas at the skilled nursing facility. The design for the expansion included a new entry and lobby to welcome guests and residents.

The exterior of the addition was designed to continue the residential look and feel of the existing facilities. New parking areas and landscaping were also added. The addition is approximately 5,000 square feet and uses high-end finishes such as custom oak woodwork to update and modernize the facility.
