ISUS students visit Ferguson Construction job site

Tom Bergman and Duane Deal, personnel managers for Ferguson Construction, had the opportunity to show ISUS students around a Dayton construction project that is in progress on Wednesday, Oct. 6th.
Approximately 13 students from ISUS came, along with their 2 instructors. Robert Dyess, an ISUS graduate hired by Ferguson Construction, was hard at work on the job site. He explained how much he had learned about construction since joining Ferguson full time.
Tom Bergman and Duane Deal had a great message for the students, advising them that whether they choose a career in construction or not, they needed to make sure they liked the work and were dependable.
Ferguson Construction has already hired 6 ISUS graduates for commercial construction work.
