Dayton airport hanger construction is completed by Ferguson Construction

May 2010

Ferguson has finished construction on the addition to the airplane hanger at Dayton Airport.

The project got underway during the Dayton Air Show, which gave Ferguson employees the opportunity to see the Thunderbirds practice their aerial show.

The renovation included adding 1200 sq. ft. with polished concrete floors. The original hanger was built in 1960 for military use. Ferguson had to make material design and fabrication adjustments during construction to make 1960 material design work with modern day material design.
