Indian Lake students enjoy new K-4 school

Indian Lake's new K-4 elementary school combined Lakeview and Hunstville Elementary Schools to give the children of the community a modern envirnonment in which to learn.
Principal Diane Gilllespie said combining the 2 old schools into 1 new school really pulled the community together and allowed the school district to put all of the children on one campus.
Construction of the school is conventional with masonry walls. The total square footage of the school is 92,697 square feet. Features include a courtyard, a computer lab, a gymnasium, a media center, and an overall lake theme for the school.
